Young female athletes are faced with many challenges. This workshop engages in important discussions surrounding womanhood, being a female athlete, creativity, the power of imagination, performance in individuals sport, team unity and connection making. Females in middle and high school are coming into their personalities and who they want to be. It is so important to us to start these conversations early in order to pave the way for young girls.

College female student athletes constantly have to balance their academics, sport, social lives and mental health. Unfortunately, a lot of women’s college sports teams are given less than their male counterparts, presenting even more challenges. This workshop engages in conversations surrounding womanhood, being a female student athlete, creativity, the power of imagination, performance in their respective sport, team unity and connection making.

Want to have a fun night with your best friends? Rescue Murals Co. loves supporting strong female bonds and what better way to do that than to offer a girl’s night out workshop? In this workshop, the Mural Gals will come to wherever you’re hosting your G.N.O. We encourage the hosts to sit back and relax while we set up a fun, creative art activity (with a little wine perhaps). We do all of the planning, setup and cleanup which let’s face it, is always what stops us from wanting to host a girl’s night.
